A. Personal Information List of Collection.

PC Commander application generates and collects below information during using service procedure.

 

▶ Device ID of equipment, Screen-shot of user PC, Process list of user PC

 

B. Collect Method and Purpose of Utilization of Personal Information.

PC Commander application collects personal information through this below way.

▶When user carries out application initially, it collects user’s Device ID

- It collects user’s Device ID to send Push alarm to user’s device.

- By using this system, it can send alarm message to notice turn on or off state of PC.

▶ Collect screen-shot when user request to PC process

- When user requests process list, this lists are saved in main server. Next, application show up to download this process lists which is in the main server.

 

C. Provide Personal Information to Third Party or Person

PC Commander application never provide personal information to extrinsically.

However, this is exceptional conditions in below cases.

On the authority of the legislation, request to investigative agency about purpose of investigation.

 

D. Treatment and Consignment of Collected Personal Information.

PC Commander application never consign about personal information to external enterprise without users’ agreement.

 

E. Retention and Period of utilization about Personal Information.

As a general rule, this personal informations abolish without delay after achieving collects personal information and purpose of utilization.

However, some information needs retention in specified period on the below reasons.

F. Abolition Procedure of Personal Information.

As a general rule, this personal informations abolish without delay after achieving collects personal information and purpose of utilization.

Abolition procedure and method is followed on the below list.

For using about user’s application, some personal information which is collected will be abolished through inside policy and reasons of protect information.

This information doesn’t use to another purposes without the law.

 

▶Method of Abolition

- Originally, personal information doesn’t print on paper to management. However, Some printed personal information will be abolished by using paper shredder or incineration.

- Personal information which is stored in the form of an electronic file will be deleted by using technical method.

- Application users are always required to their registered personal information or they can require to cancellation of join.

- If you contact to information administrator through E-mail, we’ll deal with this matter within a few days.

- Terminated or deleted personal information of PC Commander application is dealt with following D item. Also, we deal with this information with prohibiting reading or utilization.

PC Commander 어플리케이션은 서비스 이용 과정에서 아래와 같은 정보들이 생성되어 수집될 수 있습니다.
▶ 기기의 Device ID, 사용자 PC의 스크린샷, 사용자 PC의 프로세스 리스트

나. 개인정보 수집 방법 및 이용 목적
PC Commander 어플리케이션은 다음과 같은 방법으로 개인정보를 수집합니다.
▶ 사용자가 어플리케이션을 최초 실행 시 Device ID 수집
   - 사용자의 Device에 Push알림을 보내기 위해 Device ID를 수집합니다.
     이를 이용하여 PC의 켜짐, 꺼짐 상태를 알려주는 알림 메시지를 발송할 수 있습니다.
▶ 사용자가 PC의 스크린샷을 요청하였을 시 스크린샷 수집
   - 사용자가 스크린샷을 요청하면 해당 스크린샷이 서버에 저장되고, 서버에 있는
     스크린샷 이미지를 다운로드하여 어플리케이션에서 보여주게 됩니다.
▶ 사용자가 PC의 프로세스를 요청하였을 시 스크린샷 수집
   - 사용자가 프로세스 리스트를 요청하면 해당 리스트가 서버에 저장되고, 서버에 있는
     프로세스 리스트를 다운로드 하여 어플리케이션에서 보여주게 됩니다.

다. 개인정보 제3자 제공
PC Commander 어플리케이션은 사용자의 정보를 외부에 제공하지 않습니다.
다만, 아래의 경우에는 예외로 합니다.
- 법령의 규정에 의거하거나, 수사 목적으로 법령에 정해진 절차와 방법에 따라 수사기관의 요구가 있는 경우

라. 수집한 개인정보 취급위탁
PC Commander 어플리케이션은 사용자 동의없이 사용자의 개인정보 취급을 외부 업체에 위탁하지 않습니다.

마. 개인정보의 보유·이용기간
원칙적으로, 개인정보 수집 및 이용 목적이 달성된 후에는 해당 정보를 지체없이 파기합니다. 단, 다음의
정보에 대해서는 아래의 이유로 명시한 기간 동안 보존합니다.

바. 개인정보의 파기절차
PC Commander 어플리케이션은 원칙적으로 개인정보 수집 및 이용목적이 달성된 후에는 해당 정보를 지체 없이 파기합니다.
파기절차 및 방법은 다음과 같습니다.

▶ 파기 절차
   - 사용자가 어플리케이션 이용을 위해 수집된 정보는 목적이 달성된 후 내부 방침 및 기타 관련 볍령에 의한 정보보호
     사유에 따라 일정 기간 저장된 후 파기되어 집니다. 개인정보는 법률에 의한 경우가 아니고서는 보유되어지는 이외의
     다른 목적으로 이용되지 않습니다.
▶ 파기 방법
   - 원칙적으로 종이에 개인정보를 출력하여 관리하지 않지만 종이에 출력된 개인정보는 분쇄기로 분쇄하거나 소각을 통하여 파기하고
   - 전자적 파일형태로 저장된 개인정본느 기록을 재생할 수 없는 기술적 방법을 이용하여 삭제합니다.

이용자는 언제든지 등록되어 있는 자신의 개인정보를 요청할 수 있으며 가입해지를 요청할 수 있습니다.

How To Use PC Commander

If you want download PC Commander, visit HERE.

Download PC Commander and install.

And launch PC Commander.

First, run PC Commander for PC. And check 4-digit number.

And run PC Commander Android application. Input 4-digit number. And press Done.

If registration PC was successful, input PC name. This name is used to distinguish your PC.

And then, PC Commander for PC is move to tray. Now ready to use this application.

If you turn on your computer or run PC Commander for PC, it will notify to your Android device. If you touch notify, move to main activity.

Now you can use this features. Touch your PC on PC list. And select feature.

First, I request screenshot.

Success! This screenshot can save to your device. Touch save button.

And you can get running process list.

Also, you can kill process. It applies immediately.

In addition, turn off your computer, reboot, enter sleep mode, turn off monitor also can be used.

If you using this application on your Gear device, touch GetList, then get your PC list.

Then, select your PC. You can use the same functionality as the Android device is also a watch.

You can set this application will be run when your computer start up.

Also, disable this setting. 

Right click on tray icon -> setting -> Register Startup or Remove Startup

And you can clear your device data in PC Commander for PC.

If you want register your computer to other device, 'Clear Data' will give solve.

After install, if you can't see 4-digit register code, do Clear Data.

And, if you can't receive PC boot and shutdown notification, check Gear Manager.
